No minimum order?

In the online store, there are no minimum order size. We we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 10,00 € under orders of 35.00 €.

Coupon and Voucher FAQ?

Your coupon or voucher can be redeemed online at checkout. Please write Simply the code into the form field and click ''Redeem Send''. Your savings amount is then displayed in the shopping basket. Then proceed to the checkout and send the order, then to redeem your voucher. Only one coupon may be redeemed per order.

Please understand that the subsequent redeem a coupon or voucher on an already made bookings are not possible.

Complain products?

If the delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, so you can dispute these goods.
Subscribe to the defects know as soon as possible, preferably directly from the delivery, to us or to UPS employees.
As a consumer you have within the statutory period of warranty claims to cure, to remedy the defect / re-supplied and - in certain legal requirements - further claims to reduction or cancellation as well as compensation, including compensation for damage as well as compensation for your wasted expenses ,
If we grant you a vendor warranty, the details are out of the warranty conditions that are included with the article. This warranty claims are made without prejudice to the statutory claims / rights.

Please repack the claimant to product carefully and let us know the reason for complaint per item.
And very important: Do not stick necessarily the returns package label on the carton to facilitate our processing.
